Business Sponsorship Options

There are various levels of sponsorship available. The size and placement of logos in the yearbook, newsletter, and website is based on sponsorship level. Please see below for details of sponsor levels.

Platinum Sponsor ($750)

• Listed as sponsor on Blue Heron PTA website with logo & link

• PTA Membership

• Listed as PLATINUM sponsor in Blue Heron PTA Newsletter (goes out at least once a month)

• Monthly recognition on Blue Heron PTA social media (Facebook/Instagram)

• Business “Platinum Spotlight” in every issue of Blue Heron PTA Newsletter (with option to offer discounts or promotions to BH Families)

• A 1/4 page ad at the back of the Blue Heron Yearbook (released May 2024)

• PTA Event Sponsorships on all major community events (Logo listed on flyers and promotional material)

Gold Sponsor ($500)

• Listed as sponsor on Blue Heron PTA website with logo & link

• PTA Membership

• Listed as GOLD sponsor in Blue Heron PTA Newsletter (goes out at least once a month)

• Quarterly recognition on Blue Heron PTA social media (Facebook/Instagram)

• A 1/4 page ad at the back of the Blue Heron Yearbook

• PTA Event Sponsorships at Fall Fest, Winter Wonderland and Spring Fest (Logo listed on flyers and promotional material)

Aviator Sponsor ($250)

• Listed as sponsor on Blue Heron PTA website with logo & link

• PTA Membership

• Listed as sponsor in Blue Heron PTA Newsletter

• A 1/8 page ad at the back of the Blue Heron Yearbook

• PTA Event Sponsorship at Fall Fest and Spring Fest (Logo listed on flyers and promotional material)

Please note:  Sponsors can choose to have a company name listed or submit a logo. Artwork and logos can be submitted via the signup form or directly to us at membership@blueheronpta.org. Logos for signage and website should be submitted as hi-res JPEG.
